Anthony and Andre grew up playing both basketball and football. Their experiences as athletes shaped how they understand competition, teamwork, preparation, and everything that happens beyond the scoreboard.
Andre’s football journey began in Georgia, where he played at the high-school level. Today, he serves as the head coach of a high-school football team in Florida. His experience as both a player and coach brings firsthand insight into leadership, player development, team culture, and the realities facing today’s student-athletes.
Latifa is the mother behind the Sideline. She learned the games by showing up for her sons—watching practices, attending games, listening to the debates, and becoming invested in the strategy and culture of sports. Her perspective represents the families and fans who experience every victory, setback, and unforgettable moment alongside the athletes they support.
Together, the Sanchez family brings three different perspectives to the conversation: the players, the coach, and the mother who has been there through it all.
